1. Do you accept returns?
Since we’re a small business, we currently don’t offer returns—each piece is made with love and limited in quantity. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! Just provide picture proof within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
2. Can I exchange my item?
Yes! We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for exchanges.
3. Who covers customs fees?
If you’re ordering from outside Canada or the U.S., please note that any customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
4. How long does shipping take?
Canada & U.S.: 5-7 business days
International: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
We process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time during holidays or special releases. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships!
5. How do I care for my Chiara hoodie?
Treat your Chiara hoodie like a luxury piece—handle with care for long-lasting cuteness! We recommend:
Spot cleaning when possible to preserve the design
Washing infrequently, similar to how you’d care for premium denim
Cold wash only, with like-colored clothes
Avoid bleach to prevent damage
6. What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item or size, provide your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel yours, reach out within 12 hours of placing it. While we can’t guarantee changes after this timeframe, we’ll do our best to help!
8. Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our pieces are limited edition, but if there’s a style you love, let us know! Popular designs may return in future drops—follow us on Instagram (@chiarabykiara) to stay updated on restocks.
9. Do you offer wholesale?
At the moment, we don’t offer wholesale, but we’re open to it in the future! Keep an eye on our website for updates.

Hey hey hey! I’m Kiara, and this is my business baby—Chiara (by Kiara)! I first started my clothing brand during the pandemic (2020), but, like most things, life happened. I had to step away in 2023 to focus on other priorities, but deep down, I always knew I wanted to come back. Creating cute clothes is my passion, and sharing them with you? That’s what makes me happiest.

I’ve never come across a cute, feminine hoodie brand—so I made one! Chiara is for my girlies who love that sweet, coquette style while still wanting pieces that feel comfy and wearable every day. When I created the brand’s mood board, I wanted it to reflect a soft, feminine vibe while boosting your confidence. After all, this brand is made for the feminine gaze.
Community
As an introvert and homebody myself, I find so much comfort in connecting with internet friends. I started posting on TikTok at the beginning of 2025, and the love and support I’ve received already melts my heart. I see this community growing into a space where girls uplift each other and embrace their feminine energy.
